Hello 2022

I’m taking a few minutes to get rid of the depressing last post I had. It has been an eventful December and January for me. A new precious granddaughter ( I do believe I make the prettiest grandbabies) which was one of my 3 trips to Florida in Dec. A precious friend’s son’s wedding and the Christmas holidays made for the other 2. My mother had a major heart attack, but didn’t try to drive herself to downtown Atlanta (a 30 mile trip). She is now the owner of 5 stents placed in 2 different trips to the hospital as well as having AFib. She’s at the stage of life when I am going to have to step up more often. It would be a lot easier if I could get her to move closer to me (5 hour drive now), but that’s not happening anytime soon. Feb includes a trip to be her driver for a MRI. But February also brings restarting my Ladies’ Bible class and a 2 day personal instruction on a commercial embroidery machine. It may include a trip to California to see the California Cuties. It may include a trip to Knoxville to visit with some dear friends. It will include some Bible prep for next quarter’s children’s classes so I’m not so stressed in March. This June we head to Oregon for a family reunion the western family won’t have to fly to link up with the rest of us. I’ve never been so I’m eager to see Mount Hood, Crater Lake, Cannon Beach, etc. anyone have any must-see places in Oregon?
